  • Now that Spring has arrived, please manage your landscape to maintain our community curb appeal. This keeps our community as a desirable place to live and enhances the value and resale of our homes. Consider removing dead tress and keep lawns, trees and plantings trimmed.

  • When placing trash and recycle out please assure in a container with a lid or bundled so the winds or wildlife do not disperse your waste across the development.

  • Trash and recycle should only be placed out 24 hours before scheduled day of pick-up.

  • We have many walkers in our neighborhood. A great way to stay healthy and meet your neighbors. For your safety consider a fluorescent or lighted vest when walking early morning or late night. Unfortunately we do not have sidewalks and many non-residents drive through our development.

  • As always please be respectful of each other and pick up after your pet.

  • Since we live in a very hilly development we are often prone to water erosion from our new climate rains. If you happen to have a water/sewer drain in front of your home that is blocked with debris/grass, please consider removing to reduce water back up and erosion.
